Booking Policy

To reserve dedicated treatment time, a 50% booking deposit is required for all appointments. 

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment

• Same-day cancellations

• Missed appointments

As each experience is thoughtfully prepared in advance, late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to honour subsequent bookings. Guests are kindly asked to notify SUKÛN prior to their appointment of any changes to their health, wellbeing, medication or medical conditions that may affect treatment suitability. For the safety and comfort of all guests, SUKÛN reserves the right to adapt, postpone or decline treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe to proceed.
